What is WholeFIT?
WholeFIT is an approach to life that helps each of us consider all areas of wellness. We believe that to truly be “fit” or “well”, we each need to consider how our minds, bodies, spirituality, relationships, careers, hobbies, motivations, and overall life purpose impact each of us. Each of these areas are connected and are important to consider as we work on becoming well.
WholeFIT provides helping professionals with tools (e.g., Motivational Interviewing) and methods to help their patients and clients be better at helping. We rely on a patient-centered, collaborative healthcare approaches while considering all areas of one’s life as we address various health challenges and opportunities. Doctors, nurses, counselors, social workers, nutritionists, executives, human resource professionals and other professionals seek us out to certify them WholeFIT health coaches.
WholeFIT also provides each of us with tools to live happier, healthier lives. Our health coaches can help address life balance and life integration concerns along with specific approaches in addressing challenges with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, pain, fybromyalgia, sports performance, sports psychology, focus, energy, weight management and overall wellness.
