We provide a number of services based on your specific needs:
Wellness Coaching: coaching services provide participants one-on-one attention as they address life balance, stress management, and life enrichment areas. Coaching is a positive, collaborative approach designed to help one find more enjoyment and personal growth.
Group Classes:group classes offer participants an opportunity to learn together under the direction of a wellness coach. We cover 12 topics over a 12-week period designed to provide participants with more tools and direction to their wellness goals.
Counseling: individual, couple, and/or family counseling may be needed to address more challenging areas in one’s life. Areas addressed may include emotional eating, mood/motivation, relational intimacy, family conflicts, and other life events or experiences that may get in the way of one reaching their potential.
Our Whole Fit Program provides a comprehensive assessment in order to tailor a plan for you that matches your goals and needs .
