We work with individual, families, medical clinics, hospitals, corporations and wellness centers. We also work with clients and patients individually face-to-face or online in our own clinics. In each of these settings, we often use a wellness specialist that typically has a MS, PhD, or MD level of training to collaboratively work with the patient and providers. The wellness specialist becomes the “quarterback” of the wellness process as they not only help develop a wellness plan for the patient but also coordinate care and encourage collaboration among providers.

Our 3 Step Process The WholeFIT Wellness program follows a 3 stage approach to customizing a plan for those that may want to address:
Stage I: Wellness Assessment A comprehensive assessment by a trained wellness professional that examines your health, fitness, nutrition, life balance, emotional health, relational health, work/community, spirituality/life purpose, and future directions. Stage 2: Customized Plan Based on the comprehensive assessment, we develop a customized program that will help you reach your goals. Stage 3: Maintenance & Follow-up As you move forward with your plan, we will help you achieve your goals and adjust your plan as you evolve and change.
